About Dr. Alexander Bill

Dr. Alexander Bill is a Double Board Certified surgeon in the fields of Facial Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery through the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He dedicates his practice to surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures of the face, breast, and body.

A native of Grosse Pointe, Dr. Bill first attended the University of Michigan where he obtained a bachelor of science in Brain Behavior and Cognitive Science. Next, he attended Lincoln Memorial University's DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated top of the class. From there, he was selected into an extremely competitive combined residency in the fields of Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. After five years of rigorous surgical training, Dr. Bill completed further fellowship training in the field of cosmetic surgery. He is now board certified in Facial Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, and Otolaryngology. 

Dr. Bill is now the director of his own private practice located in Saint Clair Shores. He specializes in all procedures of the face, breast, and body including, but not limited to: Face and neck lifting, upper and lower blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, breast augmentation, breast lifting or reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction. He also performs injectables such as Botox, synthetic fillers, and fat transfers.
