Fat Transfer

While synthetic fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Bellafill, etc are rapidly increasing in popularity, their major downfalls are longevity, cost, and volume limitations. When injecting synthetic fillers, Dr. Bill prefers Hyaluronic Acid fillers, such as the Juvederm line, due to their reversibility. However these fillers typically only last 6-12 months and can be quite costly depending on the areas being treated. An excellent alternative to provide permanent volume correction is by transferring your body's own natural fat cells. Dr. Bill will harvest fat via a small liposuction cannula from either your abdomen or thighs. The fat will then be washed and separated from any fluid and then reintroduced via another small cannula to areas of the face such as the cheeks or lips.
